"Kapil Kapoor Personality Studio" ("we", "us") operates this website and the assessment tools, courses, and reports available on it. We are an educational guidance brand based in India.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Educational guidance only
Our tools (including the Stream Suggestion Lab, Interview Lab, and any reports they produce) provide reflective educational guidance based on your self-reported answers. They are not professional career counselling, psychometric assessment, psychological diagnosis, or financial advice. Decisions about your education, career, or livelihood should be made with a qualified professional.
4. Access codes & licenses
Some features require a paid access code or a school/college license. Each access code generates one report and is non-transferable. School licenses are governed by the agreement signed with the school.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access or scrape data belonging to other users, (b) reverse-engineer the scoring model, (c) resell access codes, (d) submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
All content, copy, scoring rubrics, prompts, brand assets, and software on this site are owned by Kapil Kapoor Personality Studio. You may use your own report for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not republish, resell, or redistribute the underlying tools or content.
7. AI-generated content
Some reports include AI-generated commentary. AI output may contain inaccuracies. Treat it as a starting point for reflection, not a final answer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapil Kapoor Personality Studio, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates accept no liability for any decision, action, or outcome arising from your use of this website or reliance on its output.
