Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plain-English rules for refunds on access codes, school licenses, and courses.

1. Individual access codes

An access code unlocks one report (Stream Lab or Interview Lab). Once a code has been redeemed and a report has been generated, it is non-refundable, because we incur AI and infrastructure costs at that point.

If your code is unused and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will refund the full amount minus payment-gateway fees.

2. School / college licenses

Bulk licenses sold to schools and colleges are governed by the agreement signed at purchase. By default:

  • Unused seats can be refunded pro-rata within 30 days of purchase.
  • Used seats (where a learner has already generated a report) are non-refundable.
  • Setup fees, training, and onboarding services are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Courses

Free courses have no refund. Paid courses are refundable within 7 days of enrolment if you have completed less than 20% of the lessons. After that, no refund is available.

4. Failed payments / duplicate charges

If you were charged but did not receive access, or if you see a duplicate charge, email us with the transaction reference. We will investigate within 5 working days and refund any genuine duplicate.

5. How to request a refund

Email kkpersonalitystudio@gmail.com with: your name, email used for the purchase, transaction reference, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days back to the original payment method.

6. Disputes

We try to resolve every concern fairly. If you are not satisfied with our response, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
