Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

  • Account info: name, email, phone number (if provided), and authentication identifiers from Google sign-in if you use it.
  • Assessment answers: the responses you submit in the Stream Lab, Interview Lab, and other tools, along with the generated reports.
  • Usage data: basic logs (timestamps, IP, browser) to keep the service secure and to debug issues.
  • School data: if your school onboarded you, your class label and school name.

2. How we use it

  • To generate your reports and show your history inside your account.
  • To let your school admin (if any) see aggregate progress for their students.
  • To improve our scoring model using anonymised, aggregated data.
  • To provide support and respond to your requests.

3. AI processing

Some reports include AI-generated commentary. When this happens, your answers are sent to our AI provider through a secure server-side gateway. We do not allow them to be used for training third-party models.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal answers. We share data only with: (a) your school admin if you joined via a school license, (b) infrastructure providers (database, hosting, AI gateway) bound by confidentiality, (c) law-enforcement when legally required.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security policies that prevent one user from reading another user's data. Passwords are hashed; we never see your raw password.

6. Your rights

  • You can delete any individual report from your history panel.
  • You can request full account deletion by emailing us.
  • You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

Some of our users are school students under 18. School admins are responsible for obtaining parental consent before onboarding minors. We treat student data with extra care and do not use it for marketing.

9. Contact
